This second floor Apartment is accessible via lift or stairs and is very luxurious, spacious and modern.

Apartment 7 occupies the whole top floor of this large detached building – as you open the door of the Apartment you are entering the internal hallway – to your left is the small cloakroom (toilet & wash hand basin) and then straight in front is Bedroom 1 which has ensuite bath/shower and next door is Bedroom 2 with ensuite shower.  Both bedrooms have high sloped ceiling with remote control Velux windows.

Carrying along the hallway brings you to the very spacious modern living area.  The kitchen/dining and lounge are ‘open plan’  - The beautiful kitchen has high gloss white and walnut style units and black granite work tops.
